Cooking instructions:

Grill:
Dampen with water. Place under a pre-heated medium grill for 1–2 minutes, turning halfway.

Microwave (850W):
Dampen both sides lightly with water. Heat for 30 seconds.

Oven:
Dampen with water. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven.
Chilled: 1–2 minutes at 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7
Frozen: 2–4 minutes at 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7
