Who We Are
The term "Price Panda", “we”, “our” or “us” refers to the owner of this website. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer.
General Website Use
- All content is for your general use and subject to change at any time.
- We use cookies to help improve your browsing experience. No cookie info is shared with third parties.
- We do our best to keep all product images accurate, but from time to time designs or packaging may vary slightly from the pictures shown.
- Any use of the site and its information is entirely at your own risk. We make no guarantees about accuracy or suitability.
- All site content is owned by or licensed to us and reproduction is not permitted without written permission.
- Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
- Occasionally, we may link to other sites. These are for your convenience and don’t mean we endorse them. We can’t be responsible for their content.
Products, Prices & RRPs
All our products are 100% genuine and brand new. We never sell fakes, seconds, or used goods. We work with reputable manufacturers, distributors, and partners to source products at reduced prices.
Our deals are possible because we buy clearance, promotional lines, short-dated goods, seasonal stock, discontinued items, or surplus batches. That’s how we keep our prices so low — and why some products may have short or past Best Before dates (which are different to expiry dates). Everything we sell is tested, safe, and legally compliant.
We display RRPs as guidance based on manufacturer information – we don’t set them, and they don’t influence our pricing. We set our own low prices based on the value we offer.
Alcohol & Age-Restricted Products
You must be over 18 to purchase alcohol or vaping products. We reserve the right to request ID on delivery and will refuse delivery if you cannot prove your age.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your delivery address is entered correctly. We can’t take responsibility for misaddressed parcels, and we won’t accept non-delivery claims for incorrect information.
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll refund the order minus a £5 handling fee.
Non-Deliveries
If your parcel doesn’t arrive, please contact us within 21 days of ordering. We can’t process claims made after that time. If the courier returns your parcel, we’ll issue a full refund once we’ve completed our checks.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, it enters our automated system and cannot be changed or cancelled. Please double-check your order before confirming — including address and item details. We’ll always try to help, but can’t guarantee changes once an order is in motion.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with every order. Please contact us within:
- 48 hours for food-related issues
- 14 days for non-food items
Email us at hello@pricepanda.co.uk and we’ll always do our best to find a fair solution. We don’t offer free returns as standard because most of our orders include free delivery — but we will always be fair if you are too.
Every decision we make is designed to keep our service competitive, reliable, and sustainable.
Damaged Items
If something arrives damaged, please accept our apologies and contact us immediately — within 48 hours. Please keep original packaging, as we may need photos or a return. We cannot issue replacements or refunds without proof.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If something’s missing or incorrect, please email us at hello@pricepanda.co.uk within 24 hours.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the outer packaging
- A photo of the shipping label
- A photo of what you received
This helps us investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
Wholesale & Resellers
We don’t offer wholesale. If you’re buying to resell or on behalf of a business, please note that you may not be covered by standard consumer protection laws.
