Your order is fully trackable with Parcelforce / Royal Mail Tracked.

As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. If you provided your mobile number at checkout, you’ll also get SMS updates to keep you in the loop every step of the way.

You’ll always know where your parcel is — from our warehouse to your door.

As soon as you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the important details — including your order number. If it doesn’t appear in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder just in case.

Yes — your order confirmation email acts as your receipt, containing all the important details of your purchase.

We’re an environmentally conscious and ethically minded company, so we don’t include paper invoices or packing slips in your parcel — it helps reduce unnecessary waste 🌍♻️

First off — we’re really sorry! We know how frustrating it can be to spot a mistake after hitting confirm.If you get in touch quickly enough, we might be able to cancel your order so you can place a new one — but please note this isn’t always possible.That’s because our systems are fully automated and we operate 24/7, meaning your order could already be in the hands of our pickers and packers within minutes.Once confirmed, we're unable to add or remove products, and we can’t change the delivery address.

Please double-check everything before you check out — including your delivery address and contact details.

To view your order history, you’ll need to have created an account at checkout (guest checkout orders won’t appear here).

Simply log in to your Price Panda account, go to ‘My Account’, and select ‘My Orders’ — from there, you’ll be able to view all your current and past orders in one place.

We’re really sorry, but once an order is placed, it can usually no longer be cancelled. That’s because we use a fully automated warehouse and order management system — meaning your order is often picked and packed within minutes, even outside normal working hours.

If you contact us immediately after placing your order, we’ll always try our best to stop it in time — but please understand this isn’t always possible due to the speed of our systems.

We know it can be frustrating, and we genuinely apologise — but this fast turnaround is also what helps us get your order to you as quickly as possible.

📦 In most cases, we offer Free Delivery. This is why we don’t offer Free Returns — we’re a growing business trying to keep things simple, affordable, and sustainable. All we ask is that you be fair with us, and we promise we’ll always be fair with you.

We’re really sorry if something in your parcel arrived damaged — that’s never the experience we want you to have. If this happens, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order by emailing Hello@pricepanda.co.uk. We’ll sort it as quickly and fairly as possible.

📸 In most cases, we’ll ask for a photo of the damage so we can investigate what went wrong and prevent it happening again.

📦 Please also keep all original packaging, as sometimes we may need the item returned — if so, we’ll cover the return cost.

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to issue a refund or send a replacement if photos or a return aren’t provided when requested — but we’ll always try to find a solution that works.

We’re truly sorry again for the inconvenience — and we’ll do everything we can to put things right.

We’re really sorry if you’ve received something you didn’t order — mistakes are rare, but we’re only human and we’ll put it right as quickly as possible.

If your order includes alcohol:

The delivery driver may ask for ID

We operate a Challenge 25 policy — if they look under 25, they must show proof of age

If no valid ID is provided, delivery will be refused

A signature confirms safe delivery.
