Every drop is distilled, matured, and bottled by the community of Harris, using spirit aged in a balance of ex-bourbon casks, Oloroso, and Fino sherry butts to achieve an elegant depth and refined complexity.

🌿 Tasting Notes
🟢 Nose & Palate: Gentle peat smoke evokes island hearths, mingling with toasted malt and homemade apple sauce. Sweet notes of vanilla, honeycomb, and candied ginger develop alongside hints of machair flowers and white clover from Harris’s west coast.
🟢 Finish: Long, creamy, and luxurious with lingering notes of clotted cream, soft spice, and new leather.
